Privacy Policy

• Account information — name, email address, phone number and password when you register as a customer or driver.
• Delivery information — pickup and drop-off addresses, parcel details, recipient names and delivery instructions.
• Location data — for drivers, real-time GPS location while on an active job, to enable live tracking and dispatch. For customers, the parish/area you select to estimate service and pricing.
• Payment information — processed securely by our payment partners (Inkress, WiPay). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Device & usage data — device type, app version, IP address and interactions, used to keep the service secure and reliable.

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
• To accept, dispatch, route, track and complete deliveries.
• To process payments and issue receipts and proof of delivery.
• To send service notifications (status updates, ETAs, support replies).
• To improve our service, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

We share only what is necessary to deliver the service: the assigned driver receives the pickup/drop-off details needed to complete the job; payment processors receive transaction data to take payment; and service providers (hosting, messaging, analytics) process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information where required by law.

We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. You can request deletion of your account at any time (see Your Rights).

Consistent with Jamaica’s Data Protection Act, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email stratuslogistics@jsupremetech.online. You can request account and data deletion by writing to the same address with the subject “Delete my account”.

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and reputable infrastructure providers to protect your data. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard safeguards.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
